Terms and Conditions for Closed Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) on MeetTurtle.com

1. Introduction
Welcome to MeetTurtle.com. By using our e-wallet and Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definition of Closed PPI
The e-wallet provided on MeetTurtle.com is a closed Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI). This means that funds stored within the e-wallet can only be used for transactions on MeetTurtle.com and cannot be used for transactions with third-party merchants or withdrawn as cash.

3. Eligibility
To use the e-wallet, you must:
a. Be at least 18 years old.
b. Register with a valid account on MeetTurtle.com.
c. Agree to provide accurate and complete personal information as required by applicable regulations.

4. Loading Funds

b. Funds cannot be transferred to another user or external account.

b. Expired balances cannot be reclaimed or refunded.
